Death Sentanced to Terririst Kasab : Bombay High Court

World Famous Pakistani terrorist "Ajmal Amir Kasab" is sentenced to death by the Bombay High Court for his involvement in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks that left 166 people dead.


A division bench of the court comprises of Justice Ranjana Desai and Justice R V More.

The Maharashtra government's appeal against acquittal of two Indians, Faheem Ansari and Sabauddin Ahmed, who were accused of aiding the commission of the crime were dismissed by the court. However, they were let off for the adequate evidence by the trial court.

Kasab and his accomplices had landed at Budhwar Park in south Mumbai on November 26, 2008 night from Karachi by sea and attacked some of the Mumbai's landmark places .
